Third party financing, such is Carecredit and Springstone, are available through our office. Please inquire within. If you are paying with someone else’s check, please have the check holder present with you to authorize it. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect payments made by your insurance company during that time period. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid its portion is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. If you are scheduled for IV sedation, or implant/bone graft procedures, there is a $50 fee (cash only) at the time of scheduling, after your consultation. We do not accept credit care or personal check for this $50 fee. Chase bank is in the plaza, please provide exact change. In case of non-show, last-minute cancellation (less than 24 hours) or excessively late for appointment, this fee is non-refundable. If you are on-time for your appointment, this fee will be refunded to you or credit back to your account. We reserve time for your surgery. Please respect our time.
